Conference Update: April 10th 2009

Airport Transfer:
There will be three buses for the participants from Izmır airport to the conference hotel on Thursday 28th of May:
 
Bus no 1: will leave from airport at 1:p.m
Bus no 2: will leave from airport at 8:00 p.m
Bus no 3: will leave from airport at 11:59 p.m
 
If this is not conveninent these times might be changed to fit arrival schedules.

Field Study Visit
There will be TWO fieldtrips for those who have booked on Wednesday 27 May to to Ephesus. Further details will follow.

On Thursday 28 May to Troy and Gallipoli. The visit will leave the Ayvalik Halic Park hotel at 7 a.m. and return to Ayvalik around 9 p.m.
